All letters and the base are made from approximately 0.625'' thick boards. Letter heights are approximately 2.4 inches. Font is Bold Arial Black. Customize with any name you want. These are hand sand finished for soft edges and come with an option for raw or conditioned wood. The raw wood looks dry and has no coating. Just all natural. The conditioned wood is rubbed with beeswax and orange oil. This pulls the grains and knots out in the wood and gives it a deep rich color. In the pictures the name Naomi has been conditioned while the name Josie has not. Josie has a dryer look and faded grains compared the condition Naomi piece. The look of each puzzle varies due to the wood knots and grains varying from board to board.
